Transamerica Pyramid

What is this photo?   It was taken looking up at the Transamerica Pyramid.  It is closely associated with the city of San Francisco, just like Golden Gate Bridge and is a unique San Francisco landmark.  It is the tallest building in the city and used to be the corporate headquarters of the Transamerica Corporation.
Next to the Transamerica Pyramid is a park, the Transamerica Redwood Park.  It is private property and the really interesting thing about it is that there are redwood trees standing in the middle of the Financial District, in the middle of downtown San Francisco.  A really unique and unusual sight.
The Transamerica Pyramid later that night taken from a few blocks away.
Not to be confused with the world famous cable cars, this is an old fashioned street car that travels along the Embaracadero that runs along San Francisco Bay.
Flags near Pier 39 at sunset.

But how to take the first photo? Everybody can go up there? or you have a really good lens? hahaha

By the way what is the "small light object" near The Transamerica Pyramid on the third photo?

  2. I took the first photo standing on the ground looking up. I did use a good lens but I could have used a cheaper lens and gotten the same image.

I did not really look closely at the photo. The light, I think is a plane off in the distance. There is the San Francisco Airport in that direction. But it does look like a UFO, too? Ohhhh, scary. Haha!
